If you are reading this because you have emailed us and not received a response within 24 hours then you need to speak to your ISP / email provider about your issue. We can do nothing if your ISP / Email Provider uses aggressive filtering. Please make sure that you check all spam / bulk mail folders even if our emails have never gone into that folder before.

Google Mail users will definately need to check the spam/bulk folders on the gmail web based interface as unless you have added us a safe sender they will always put email is the bulk/spam folder.
